ETERNAL SOIL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, and at the same time, we believe that the appropriate and proper handling and management of personal information is our social responsibility as a company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sale of environmentally friendly products.
In order to ensure that we fulfill this responsibility, we have formulated a personal information protection management system in accordance with personal information protection-related laws and regulations and "Personal Information Protection Management Systems - Requirements (JIS Q 15001:2017)," and have revised our "Personal Information Protection Policy" as follows. 4.  We will not provide or disclose personal information to any third party unless we have the prior consent of the individual or it is permitted by law.
5.  When we outsource the processing of personal information, we will enter into a contract stipulating compliance with our protection standards and a contract regarding the handling of personal information, and will supervise the status of personal information protection.
6.  We will comply with applicable laws and regulations, national guidelines and other standards, as well as our own internal regulations regarding the protection of personal information, regarding the personal information we handle. Furthermore, we will continually review and strive to improve the contents of our personal information protection management system, including this policy.
7.  If you wish to make a complaint, seek advice, or request disclosure regarding personal information (disclosure of the purpose of use of personal information, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision of personal information), please contact our personal information consultation desk, and we will respond promptly within a reasonable period of time.
8.  When providing personal information to us, if the information includes information about someone other than the individual, please obtain permission from that person before sending it.
